I cannot recommend MAP estate agents enough.  My partner and I worked closely with Michael and Jenni, who were an absolute dream.  They were both the kindest, most supportive and knowledgeable pair, and we would never want to sell or buy a home without them.  They truly are a massive credit to the team and we are so thankful to them both.  They delivered on every single aspect that we asked for and more, always going the extra mile (or 10).  We have spoken with several agents throughout our process and none of them could compare to the level of professionalism and customer care that they did.  Because of MAP estate agents, we are now living in our dream home and it truly is all thanks to them.  Honestly, we can't put into words how much the hard work of the agents at MAP mean to us, so if you ever think of selling or buying, i promise that choosing MAP is the best decision you will make.

Phenomenal customer service.  Recently sold with this company.  Every step of the way we had a positive experience from coming to value (twice I must add, due to our indecisiveness) through to assisting every step of the way until completion.  Not once were we without information.  Worth every penny, wouldn't have been able to get it done in the two months we did without them

We sold via MAP locally and despite the sale and purchase taking a lot longer than anticipated (through no fault of MAP) the service provided has been exceptional.  Right from the beginning with Shelly arranging multiple viewings she was excellent but first and foremost Tracy in the office has been absolutely first class.  She has worked tirelessly to get our sale put through.  Nothing has been too much trouble and she has made a difficult stressful move as easy as it could be within the circumstances.  Thank you!

MAP were incredible.  After an awful experience which no one should go through and working alongside very unprofessional estate agents, MAP (Jenni especially) gave us back faith and guided us on our journey.  Every step of the Jenni kept us updated and no question was too much or any bother.  The communication and efficiency of MAP was second to none they are incredible.  From viewing the property to placing an offer to completion it took us 9 weeks and that is because MAP knew exactly what to do and helped us get everything in order.  They made our house buying experience so positive and I would forever recommend them and speak highly of them.  

Jenni at MAP Estate Agents is bona-fide angel!   She helped us navigate purchasing a flat in beautiful Cornwall with patience and understanding, using her extensive professional experience and kind, supporting nature.  She and the rest of the MAP team 'held our hands' all the way through the ups and downs of the purchasing process and we would have been completely lost without their skills and knowledge.  Thank you Jenni and the rest of the team!  Genuinely appreciated and cannot recommend highly enough.
