I put my flat on the market in October 2019 and received an offer in March 2020. Then Lockdown happened due to Covid. Selling and buying a property at the best of times can be stressful but add in the uncertainty of a pandemic, the change in working practices as the result of this and the unknown it could have been so much more. The MAP team were nothing but professional throughout. They kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions and offered advice when needed. They liaised with both mine and my buyers solicitors to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible and in the end the move happened swiftly. I have been so impressed with the efficiency that I've experienced at MAP lettings. I had a water lead on the day rental viewings were supposed to happen but this was managed so well and still had 3 people interested in renting. They were also able to very quickly source a new carpet and get it fitted for us in just a few days.
