What can I say, this lot have really got it sorted. Just completed sale of a property being first time for over 30yrs and was dreading the thought. Maps were amazing in every respect, from valuation By Andy Parsons to completion they kept me up to date, gave guidance re procedures and sorted issues before they became a problem. All phones calls were answered swiftly and with enthusiasm, Tracy who I dealt with mainly is worth her weight in gold, so clued up and nothing to much trouble, huge thanks there. In what turned out to be a long and drawn out transaction, we were kept informed all the way along by Tracy from Map. Although acting for our vendor, she kept in touch with us on a weekly basis whether or not there was anything to report, which we found very reassuring. The best Agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I used to be one) Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Michael when I first viewed the house I bought, he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. But as the sale went on, and there were issues due to chains etc but Tracy was my godsend, she has kept me sane over these months and has always been available to talk to and keep me updated at all times. They really have gone above and beyond and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We have just sold our small holiday let and Michael and Andrew were really professional and managed the sale very quickly indeed. You need good solicitors for that and good administration for a smooth sale. We had both on this particular sale, thank you Michael and Andrew
