I have recently let a property through MAP and I can highly recommend their service.  I would not hesitate to work with them again.  I am not a frequent reviewer but when something truly stands out it should be recognised.  Over several months stretching from first tentatively discussing the idea of a rental, through getting the property ready and deciding how to market it, i feel that Ben and the team at MAP were an enormous help and support to me in making the right decisions and getting a successful outcome.  Not only was their approach extremely professional, but above and beyond that they took a great deal of time and trouble to provide advice and information - even when in the early stages before it was clear whether I would be able to go ahead with generating business for them.  My impression is that this team are focused on providing a first-class standard of service for their customers and that they really care about helping people (whether purchaser, seller, landlord or tenant) make the right decisions and enjoy positive property experiences.
