Starting with Shelley, always patient and keen to show us the property we loved, very trusting of us and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to meet with her everytime and never made us feel rushed. Tracy and Andrew were the cherry on top as looked after the whole purchase process as if it were their own. Always communicating openly and honestly, always supportive and available, always proactive and full of ideas to move forward and keen to help. They were crucial to make our purchase happen and were our main support in all the process, which was very much needed. Can not recommend their team enough. We will always be grateful.
