Absolute full marks to the Team at MAP for their considerable help and expertise when buying our small apartment in Falmouth. Michael Apeitos was charming and good humoured when we first viewed the property and worked with us to reach an agreed price with the vendor, his experience and sensitivity was very much appreciated.
The conveyancing process took way longer than it should have have done due to problems with the leasing paperwork. However Andrew McKnight was always at our side, progressing our purchase, and was always at the end of the phone. He did an amazing job keeping me sane, and also co-ordinating 3 sets of solicitors despite this being a chain free sale. Tracey joined the process towards the end and we appreciated her skills helping us get to the magical day of completion!
