Faultless experience from the very first phone call to the contract and rental packages received.  I wanted everything completed to I could move before the 2nd lockdown and Ben did not fail to ensure this goal was reached.  All done without cutting corners or skipping essential checks and legal requirements.   Amazing level of customer service.  Would happily recommend.  Ben went beyond what I expecting and was always friendly and professional

Our experience of purchasing through MAP has been exceptional from start to finish.  I couldn't recommend MAP enough. Our initial viewing with Michael was very enjoyable, Michael is friendly and fun but also informative and communicated well through the initial process of making the offer.  We've since been looked after by Andrew whose communication and support has been second to none.  I have been kept in the loop through every single step and had more support, information, explanation and updates from Andrew than our own estate agent.  We wish we had sold with MAP but will certainly use MAP in the future and will recommend MAP to everyone we have the opportunity to!  Andrew has supported the whole chain in negotiations, communications and pushing the process along, even helping the solicitors with many of their conversations.  Very pleased indeed and very grateful for the brilliant support through the rollercoaster of home buying!  The support from MAP has ensured my overwhelmingly positive experience, brilliant!

I've moved house many times in the past but have to say that MAP were by far the most impressive estate agent I have used.  Their efficiency, professionalism, communication and commitment to their role was of a gold standard.  They went over and above to make sure our house sale was a seamless and smooth transaction.  I would definitely recommend MAP to my family, friends and colleagues and would not go anywhere else now.  My experience with MAP has been amazing and they definitely get a 10 from us.  If you want an estate agent that is a step ahead then look no further than MAP estate agents.  I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the team for all their hard work and efforts.... you're the best!  Andrew McKnight did an excellent job in chasing up the solicitors and estate agents and was the main link in the chain.  Without his time and coordination the move would not have gone ahead as quickly as it has.  I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for us.  Michael Apeitos arranged and undertook our viewings and was extremely accommodation by undertaking viewings even when it was his day off.  His enthusiasm and friendly attitude is fantastic to see and he is a credit to MAP

From start to finish MAP were outstanding in every way.  They kept momentum going when I felt paralysed with stress and confusion.  They so skilfully kept all parties communicating and were like a lubricant of honey and sunshine in the whole process.  That might sound a little poetic but I can't thank them enough for their wonderful work.  It was refreshing to say the least.  Their professionalism, skill and warmth really made a difference.  I was so impressed with the diplomacy and courteous manner used at al times.  What a delight!
