I had never heard of them before, I am quite a cautious person and I was finding a property due to a lockdown relationship breakdown. Moving could have been a very stressful and costly experience for me but MAP were very transparent, helpful and explained everything to me. The process was so easy and the customer service was great. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was looked after, for example phoning and texting outside of usual work hours to communicate with me about each stage of the process, which I really appreciated.
