If you are considering buying and selling we would love to try and help you through the process from beginning to end and prove that estate agents are not, by any means, all the same.

We were buying a bungalow through MAP at exactly the time that lockdown came. On the 21st March we signed contracts to exchange and move on the 27th March. Then everything went wrong. The removal guys could not operate and then we could not even travel. The whole deal went from bad to worse, large sums of money had to be returned to mortgage companies etc. Thank heavens for Andrew at MAP who took over the whole situation and helped us through a very difficult three months until finally, he managed to finalise the sale for us. My wife and i cannot speak highly enough of the service. MAP provided coordinating all the various professionals involved and making this happen. Five stars rating is not enough for this company

Easiest agent I've ever dealt with. He (Ben) explained everything throughout. As soon as I had any problems with my flat, he'd send someone out and kept my landlord up to date

MAP were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Tracy kept in weekly contact despite a global pandemic and without her dedication and hard work we wouldn't have been able to complete - absolutely fantastic!

MAP were amazing. They were so much better than our own estate agents and in my opinion they were the reason the sale went through. Tracy at MAP was continually chasing right from the bottom end of the chain (which was our estate agents job). If we were to sell again we would go with MAP.
