I've been closely involved in the purchase of a property in Penryn that was marketed by MAP Estate Agents. (My son was at sea, so i ended up representing him for the long conveyance period). I will say that MAP Estate Agents would definitely be my first choice if I were in need of an estate agent and I would enthusiastically recommend them to my friends and family. The arranging and execution of the viewing by Shelly was efficient and seamless. Once the offer had been made, the communication and management from Tracy was top notch.
