My house purchase fell through recently, & for many reasons it is a great personal loss & disappointment. My experience of Jenni Parsons who handled things at MAP throughout though, has been excellent. Andrew Mcknight showed me around on the initial viewing, & my first positive impression started with him. A friendly, helpful, kind & professional man with a really nice manner. On to my dealings with Jenni, & the point here is that she was representing the Seller, & not me the Buyer! However, I found her to be very similar, friendly, helpful, professional, kind, compassionate, honest, & acting with integrity, some very important things I look for in people. MAP has a real family feel about it, something I have not experienced with Estate Agency in the past, & will be my first port of call in the future. If you think all estate agents are the same you are wrong. It is all about getting the property completed . I have been in the industry for 25 years in kent. I can honestly say all these guys are amazing. I had a challenging purchaser and Shelly, Andrew and the amazing Tracy pulled out all the stops to get the sale through. First class from start to finish. Words cannot adequately express how pleased we are with MAP. The initial visit from Shelly explained everything in great detail. Excellent quality photographs/virtual tour and brochure. Brilliant communication over viewings and once the sale was agreed the follow up and monitoring from Tracy and Andy was amazing, kept us up to date all the way through and ensure the sale moved forward. Truly a 5 star service.
