MAP were recently the estate agent for the purchase of mine & my partners first time house purchase. What can I say, this lot have really got it sorted. Just completed sale of a property being first time for over 30yrs and was dreading the thought. Maps were amazing in every respect, from valuation By Andy Parsons to completion they kept me up to date, gave guidance re procedures and sorted issues before they became a problem. All phones calls were answered swiftly and with enthusiasm, Tracy who I dealt with mainly is worth her weight in gold, so clued up and nothing to much trouble, huge thanks there. The best Agents I’ve ever dealt with (and I used to be one) Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Michael when I first viewed the house I bought, he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. But as the sale went on, and there were issues due to chains etc but Tracy was my godsend, she has kept me sane over these months and has always been available to talk to and keep me updated at all times. They really have gone above and beyond and I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
