Andy and the team at MAP provided an excellent service, working alonside Clive Emson, to sell a property by auction that had been in our family for over a century! Having them conduct all of the viewings was brilliant and made the process hassle free for us when living so far from the property. It's very rare that I leave reviews, but in the case of MAP Estate Agents, I feel compelled to do so. The whole selling experience from start to finish was first class. Both Andy and Andrew dealt with everything so professionally and efficiently. Above all, the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Andrew was keeping me in the loop on a regular and frequent basis. I have no hesitation in recommending MAP Estate Agents. In fact many organisations could learn from MAP on how to go about business and treat customers. If you need an estate agent, just speak to Andrew and his team....you won't be disappointed.

Ours was an emotional transaction for many personal reasons, and was made so much easier by the MAP Team.

What really blew me away was their communication. Whenever I had a question or concern (and trust me, I had plenty!), they were there, ready to help - sometimes beyond the call of duty.

Was very impressed with the whole team from the beginning. From being shown the property by Shelly (very personable, knowledgeable and honest) to completion which was very efficiently and competently handled by Tracy. She called with updates very regularly, which were very welcome and very reassuring. When Tracy was on leave, Andrew (the boss) stepped in. He had clearly been fully briefed, and continue expediting the sale and also kept us fully updated. Even on completion day, Shellys calendar was cleared all afternoon so she could personally deliver the keys and congratulate us. Lovely touch. If we had known how good they were we had have also sold through them.

The team was excellent and maintained constant communication with us throughout our house purchase.
