I've seen a few houses with MAP and, while I didn't purchase any, I found the agents to be friendly and informed.

Most importantly, a few years ago, I stopped by their offices on a whim. I was in the middle of purchasing a property through a different agency, who were being difficult. MAP were really generous with their time and knowledge, informing me of best practice and my rights, which was incredibly helpful. They'll be the first people I call if/when I come to sell.
