Excellent service from start to finish. Didn’t choose MAP Estate Agents initially and I wish I had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Every person I have had contact with at MAP has been professional, efficient and reliable. Regular communication was the stand out feature for me. Regular emails and phone calls to keep me updated really helped to calm my nerves! A special thank you to Shelly and Tracy for guiding a first time seller through the whole process.

I chose MAP estate agents over other agents I met because I enjoyed Michael’s genuine no nonsense, straight up, down to business attitude whilst keeping a good sense of humour.  I chose well, The property sold for the asking price before it even went on the market.  Glad I didn’t go for the “Modern Method of Auction” which I felt was being pushed on me by others.  Completion took a while but that was because of the buyers having to wait ages for “The Forces Help to Buy Scheme” to go through.  I was well updated through out the whole process by Tracy and all stress free.  Only stress was moving the last of our possessions to the south of France in October during the storms, sadly weather control isn’t a service provided by MAP.  Thank you very much to the whole team at MAP, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Starting with Shelley, always patient and keen to show us the property we loved, very trusting of us and made us feel very welcome. It was lovely to meet with her everytime and never made us feel rushed. Tracy and Andrew were the cherry on top as looked after the whole purchase process as if it were their own. Always communicating openly and honestly, always supportive and available, always proactive and full of ideas to move forward and keen to help. MAP do 3D tour vids of the property, looks great, had mine up barely a week before it had an offer and sold. Shelly and Tracy were very good, any problems or issues with any of the sale process they were chasing and reporting back regularly. Would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
