A very efficient and friendly service from valuation to completion.  A wealth of local knowledge and up to date grasp of how the market is performing, followed by a professional and personal service to deal with the process of ensuring a smooth conclusion.  I cannot recommend MAP highly enough. 

MAP Estate Agents were always very helpful and supportive through the process of finding a rental property, renting and ending of a tenancy.  In this crazy rental market it was hard to find and view properties and was very overwhelming.  Personally, I found MAP to be very supportive of this process and their agents went out of their way to help and support in every way they could.  Throughout the entire tenancy they were easily contactable and more than willing to help, support and answer questions as well as dealing with any issues quickly and professionally and always worked to keep us informed of all processes.  At the end of the tenancy they worked with us to have a smooth transition and all paperwork aspects were dealt with quickly with inspections and deposit returns sorted very quickly.

We rented a property through MAP for two years and they were fantastic.  Ben is so responsible and helpful, we'll genuinely miss having him on hand!!

I can't recommend these guys enough.  I recently had to sell my mum's home after she passed away.  Ben and Andrew made the whole process very easy and straightforward.  Andrew kept me informed and constantly chased solicitors etc., during the whole process which only took around 12 weeks from advertising to completion.  They achieved a really good price for the house at a very competitive commission fee.  They were also very understanding of how emotional the situation was for me.  First class customer care.
