I was impressed with the professionalism, commitment and excellent communication. It stood out in comparison with other eastate agents I have used previously. Michael is an experienced sales negotiator and brings humour as well as honest sensible advice in how to best present a property to the market.

I've seen a few houses with MAP and, while I didn't purchase any, I found the agents to be friendly and informed.

Most importantly, a few years ago, I stopped by their offices on a whim. I was in the middle of purchasing a property through a different agency, who were being difficult. MAP were really generous with their time and knowledge, informing me of best practice and my rights, which was incredibly helpful. They'll be the first people I call if/when I come to sell.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the initial meeting with Shelly we knew we were in safe hands. Shelly was brilliant with all the potential buyers and having the same agent every time made a big difference. Shelly gave feedback after each viewing and after 6wks we had a buyer, then Tracy took over to finalise the sale. We were kept informed at every stage, as Tracy was so efficient and able to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend MAP, they don't need a High St shop as they just get on with being Pro Active. Thanks Shelly and Tracy you were brilliant.
